How to Uninstall/Get Rid of Yahoo Toolbar?

Hi, I have spent days removing the yahoo toolbar and it keeps coming back. This is a long outstanding issue. How do I resolve this issue? Thank you!

Why is Yahoo Toolbar a problem?

Yahoo Toolbar is usually added by Yahoo, an Internet portal that incorporates a search engine and provides both new and seasoned Web users the reassurance of a structured view of hundreds of thousands of Web sites and millions of Web pages. However, once you find a Yahoo Toolbar installed onto your computer/browsers without your permission and once you find it keeps coming back after removing, your computer might infect with potentially unwanted program or even malware.

The PUP or malware usually comes bundled with other software. If you download software from unreliable resources, you may bring Yahoo Toolbar into your computer. Once installed, Yahoo Toolbar will get added to your web browsers and then generate a search.yahoo.com or a suspected search.yahoo.com (such as https://search.yahoo.com/?type=714647&fr=spigot-yhp-ch) to take place your browser homepage and search engine.
